Xderek is the brand of Shenzhen Hanpa Technology Co., Ltd., Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. For any privacy question, contact us at sales@xderek.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us through the enquiry form: name, company, email address, phone number, your message, the page you submitted from and the language of the site.
Technical information recorded automatically by our server: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited and time of visit.
3. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse (rate limiting, fraud prevention).
To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries and securing the site; consent for optional analytics cookies; and legal obligations for records we must keep.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your language choice. They are always set.

Enquiries are kept for 24 months so we can follow up on projects. Server logs are kept for 6 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to sales@xderek.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to the administration area is restricted, and data is stored on servers with access controls.
